Location: Bowness-on-Windermere

Contract: Full-time

Salary: Up to £28k dependant on experience

This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled Sous Chef to showcase their skills and help manage a successful team alongside the Head Chef.

The successful candidate will be comfortable cooking delicate, unfussy and unpretentious food whilst using seasonal local produce.

A minimum of 2 AA Rosette experience is required for this Sous Chef position.

Job Duties

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner;

Follow recipes and presentation specifications;

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently;

Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards;

Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment;

Restock items as needed throughout the shift;

Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.

Additional Duties: Menu planning; Recording food temperatures; and Preparing reports.
