The Signature Restaurant holds an AA rosette award and is one of the village’s finest restaurants serving both lunch and dinner to residents and non-residential guests, with delicious seasonal menus, created with local produce. Next door is ‘Dove Bistro’, where traditional pub classics can be enjoyed with a glass of hand-pulled ale.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager, passionate about food and delivering an amazing dining experience for our guests, who will lead and train our team of staff and operate our busy restaurant.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills to manage and support the F&B team and go the extra mile for our guests. This is a hands-on role and you will need the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Previous experience of managing and training staff and working in a busy 3/4* hotel is required. Experience of managing perishable stock and delivering catering services in accordance with food hygiene legislation and best practice is essential, as are IT skills including competency in Word and Excel.
