NIGHT RECEPTIONIST

Job Duties:
The Night Receptionist oversees, coordinates and direct the service, operations, logistics and activities of the Front Office department during the hours of 23h00 to 07h00.
Takes responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the Night Audit function as their primary operational responsibility.
The Night Receptionist responds to the requests that are presented by the Guests, and the Market during night operating hours.
This role ensures that all financial transactions processed through the various operating departments are checked and processed through the property management system, that all departments are “closed-off” ready for the start of the following business day, and that all departments trading summaries balance to the cash, credit card and room charge amounts on the day’s cash-up sheets.
The role also completes reservation checks and other duties related to reception.
The role is lone worker and responsible for the health & safety of our guests throughout the evening, including evacuation in the case of the alarms sounding.
The role also ensures that guests receive exceptional levels of personalised service always.
