Job Duties:
1. To handle all queries promptly ensuring the customer receives friendly and efficient response which accurately meet their demands.

2.To set up conference and meeting rooms to the company standard when appropriate

3. To carry out night security checks and car park patrols at the agreed times.

4. To prepare and serve food and drink from the 24 hours menu upon request to residents.

5. To charge all customers for all Food & Beverage services in order that revenue is not lost.

6. To undertake the check in and out of guests, ensuring that all accounts are settled before departure.

7 To deliver all newspapers and order taxis as required and to assist with customer baggage.

8. To communicate any requests to the relevant personnel.

9. To ensure that the public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy at all times.

10. To carry out all guests wake up calls on time as requested.

11. To report any maintenance defects to Management immediately.

12. To check that only residents are on the premises once all functions have finished.

* Undertake any other duties as requested by management.

* To comply with all legal requirements in respect of health, safety and welfare of all members of staff and customers.

True to the Simon Rogan’s ethos, the focus lies on beautiful local ingredients, including produce from his own “Our Farm” located just a few miles away in the Cartmel Valley. Henrock’s á la carte menu features small plates and sharing dishes that are influenced by techniques and produce discovered on the chefs travels around the world.

The Bar & Conservatory also offers all-day casual dining, as well as a cocktail menu. Fine worldwide vintages from the cellar, as well as our own Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines range from Franschhoek in South Africa, are also on offer.
