As a strong HR generalist, you will support Lake Land Arts organisation through people management for a team of c. 80 staff in full and part time roles in addition to working with over 100 volunteers.

This will include support of recruitment, induction, performance management, professional development and when necessary employee relations issues.

There’s just you in the HR team, so you will be required to undertake all HR related administration as well as working to support senior management to deliver the strategic business objectives, as well as relevant policies and procedures.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR generalist with a creative approach to employee and volunteer recruitment, retention and people development. 

To ensure the HR function adds value to Lake Land Arts you will coach and mentor line managers across Lake Land Arts ensuring they are confident and competent in developing and managing their team.
