The Wordsworth Hotel is currently looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Assistant, reporting into the Food & Beverage management team.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to the day to day duties of meal service operations across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner – and including function and events when required.

The role will involve significant guest interaction so customer service expectations will be a high priority and well as the ability to work closely with the kitchen team and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to develop good working relationships with staff members.

Previous experience in working within a 3/4* hotel or quality restaurant or bar, experience of working in a busy environment and basic food hygiene knowledge is desirable.
