Storrs Hall is a beautifully and uniquely located Lake District Hotel situated on the shores of Lake Windermere: Location, Location, Location!!! It is something quite special even if we say so ourselves.

Its owner (since 1998) is committed to a programme of continuous development and improvement to maximise its advantages, such as what was once a 52 bedroom hotel with shared facilities and is now 30 refurbished bedrooms, 6 luxury suites and 1 luxury boathouse and further plans for development.

The Hotel Management’s ethos is about the overall guest experience, which they strive to be second to none.

The Successful Candidate:
Will ideally have previous Food and Beverage experience in a Hotel environment however this is not essential as training will be provided.

They will have an enthusiastic knowledge of food and drink and provide excellent customer service.

They will possess excellent verbal communication skills - the ability to talk to anyone!

They will have a high standard of presentation both personally and attention to the presentation of their surroundings to ensure that guests have the best experience at all times.

This is a customer facing role and is often the most memorable part of a guests stay at the Hotel.

It can be very fast moving at times where the need to be organised and efficient is imperative and will therefore require a well organised approach to work.
