We are always on the look out for talented and up and coming chefs to join our fantastic team.

Hours of work do vary, but for a full time position are in the region of 40 per week, working 5 days out of 7. We offer straight shifts and we do not encourage staff to work excessive hours.

Excellent working conditions across our Greenhouse Restaurant and separate Banqueting kitchens producing food of a high standard to our hotel guests and local non-residents.
