You’ll be a friendly spa therapist to join our skilled team.

We're a destination hotel, where luxury and indulgence go hand in hand. Many of our guests enjoy a relaxing massage or spa treatment.

As a qualified Beauty Therapist, you’ll be responsible for providing treatments to guests at both the hotel and Jetty Spa. You’ll be skilled in a range of treatments, manage reservations and have full knowledge on our processes.

Job Duties

* Must have a NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent qualifications dependent country.

* Has full knowledge of all the room types within the hotel and what facilities each one has

* Has full knowledge of all the room types within the Lake House and what facilities each one has

* Has a smart appearance at all times & ensures a high level of personnel hygiene.

* Can confidently state the hours we offer Spa treatments throughout the day.

* Can state the cancellation policy and fully understand the terms and conditions.

* Can state what the procedure is for any guests that have undergone treatment/surgery within the 12 months.

* Has confidence and knowledge of how to make a Spa reservation for guests and the prices of treatments through Resdiary

* Has full knowledge and can demonstrate how to make a Spa reservation for guests and the prices of treatments through Rezlynx

* Is able to make a full Spa reservation without any errors with full guests details and BK ref and linking to Rezlynx.

* Has confidence and knowledge of how to check spa availability.

* Knows where to gain the information required to ensure that they know what treatments are booked in that day and what do if running behind schedule to ensure guest satisfaction

* Can amend a spa reservation on Resdiary and add customer notes and booking notes.

* Understand hows to explain to a guest that hot stone treatments are not carried out in lodges as the reason for this.

* Can state all the treatments the spa offers and the descriptions of what's included and the price of treatments

* Can explain the treatment journey and how we want to start and finish all spa treatments and the whole process of the Spa process.

* Knows how to carry out a Deep Clean to a high standard and show where all equipment is kept and how to carry out a Deep Clean.

* Demonstrate how to use the Japanese Massage Chairs confidently and what each setting does - Waist and Hips, Back and Shoulders, Stretching, Night time, Cradle, Weightless.

* You must show how to turn on the chair, how to change roller settings, heatings and air settings and how to emergency stop the chair incase of emergency.

* Full understanding of where things are stored throughout the spa for example Towels, Cleaning products and oils and how to replenish stock
