Lakeside Hotel & Spa, now part of Classic Lodges group, is looking to expand the reception team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our current reception team. You will become the face of our operation, greeting and managing the guest experience operating Guestline (Rezlynx) PMS system. 

Previous hotel experience is not essential, but you will need to demonstrate a passion for great customer service and hospitality. Previous Rezlynx experience would be advantageous, however the candidate will receive a full and cohesive training schedule on induction.


The Role :

  • You will primarily be based in a small team, working both closely with others and individually to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • You will also work on a day to day basis with our larger Sales & Marketing team with a shared responsibility for managing hotel reservations over the phone and by email.

  • The main responsibilities of the role will include welcoming the guests to the hotel, making their first impressions and experience faultless as well as check-outs and handling of billing queries and monetary transactions.
