Situated in Windermere, we’re looking for Waiters to join our great team and become part of a family owned, five AA star Relais & Châteaux hotel.

You will be mentored by the very best in the industry learning and understanding the Gilpin way of Les arts de les table; you will be involved with the creation and development of dishes, learn how to present each dish with flair and confidence as well as enriching the service.

As a member of the team you will not only receive all the tools to enhance your knowledge within the restaurant you will also have the opportunity to enter the world of wines alongside some of the best sommeliers.
