The Role :

We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. With both a fine dining restaurant and brasserie, our chefs work alongside our Executive Chef to create exquisite dishes. If you are self-motivated, have a good sense of humour, and flair and enthusiasm to create new and exciting dishes, we want to hear from you.
